In an effort to get to know Buffalo (and the surrounding cities) better and since after this summer we only have one more summer left to enjoy the east coast, yesterday we took the advice of
Buffalo4newbies.blogspot.com and went to check out Mississippi Mudds. A burger place that is located right across the street from the Niagara River, just a few miles away from the Falls. The food was okay, but the view of the river was great! The restaurant has seating on the roof, it was beautiful and we really enjoyed it! We ate marinated chicken burgers and sweet potato fries! Then headed across the street to feed the birds and play by the river!
The park along the seaway trail is beautiful especially now since all the tree's are in bloom!
There is a trail you can walk along and it goes on for miles up and down both Lake Erie and Lake Ontario and into Canada.

How fun! That Park sounds awesome. It looks like you ahd a great time. You must get site seeing in before you head back to the west coast. We plan on moving back to the states before the end of the year 7 years in the UK is enough! Love to you all! x
